GRADED MUSCULAR COMPRESSION TEST CIRCUIT INTERMITTENT

At a time like this where the weather conditions, having regard to the continuing heavy snowfall and rains have made it unusable in all fields and literally put difficulties in the smooth running of the pre-championship preparations all amateur teams, but we had to diversify our initial program trying to play short and effective group sessions. Not being able to work in the field but having the chance to have a gym, I created a short circuit duration of 30 seconds to play sub-maximal intensity where, in principle, were replicated some of the movements that occur during a football game: heavy taxes, braking, slalom, head shots, changes of direction and rhythm. Because it worked in 3 groups while the other 2, muscle-strengthening exercises held at the stations.
The work you see in the video I did play with a partial break in order to train the ability to recover, during important matches.
