a title invented. Definitely.
Saturday my boyfriend bought by our trusted butcher a terrific sausage. We thought about it a bit and we decided to try to make a white sauce. Result: try it!
We cooked the sausage and then we stir in the Philadelphia, and a final touch, we added a few leaves of grass of St. Peter, who has miraculously survived the winter and is reborn.
Let's see how it went.
- a fresh sausage;
- an onion;
- a clove of garlic;
- two tablespoons of Philadelphia;
- 30 grams of butter;
- white wine to evaporate;
- salt and pepper;
- a few leaves of grass of St. Peter.
After browned in butter the onion and garlic finely chopped, add the sausage grainy, deglaze with white wine and bring and cook (about 10 minutes). At the end add salt and pepper
After cooking turn off the heat and stir in Philadelphia a few tablespoons of pasta cooking water. Finally add chopped grass ache.
What else can I say ... Bon appetit! Denise
