Bymbi By now it is my greatest ally! Time is what it is and the food suffers. But no matter now you can enjoy our wonderful dinners there will be time for later. Occasionally, however, a little bit of tasty eats. It 's the case of these beautiful pasta with the spinach made with Bymbi.
Unfortunately I have no precise doses of spinach and then I explain how I did it step by step.
- 200 gr. flour 00;
- 2 eggs;
- a handful of spinach
- salt and pepper to taste
I saw that Anna Moroni prepared the green paste without first blanch the spinach and it seemed an alternative idea to the traditional preparation and quick. So after you have washed and dried well a large handful of spinach, put them in the bowl with the flour. Operate at speeds 10 to 20 seconds. The flour should be pretty green as pictured above. If necessary, increase the spinach. Combine eggs with salt and pepper. Speed \u200b\u200b8 for about 20 seconds. I was very liquid, and then I added about two tablespoons of flour more. When it is compact
knead a few minutes on a floured el ax stand covered for at least half an hour.
I've made with this pasta noodles that you see in the picture by casting hand with a rolling pin but it was not a very happy choice because failing to thin the pasta were a little too big.
Council to people like me who is an expert in using the machine and pull the dough at least at number 5.
Bon appetit! Denise
