grouper fillet with spaghetti and peas

a nice idea. I put forward a fillet of grouper from the south and did not know what to do with it. It was then thawed and eaten immediately. So I remembered a recipe from mom and I've adapted to what I had at home.

fillet of grouper, in fact, and a handful of boiled peas used to make broth with Sophie. That's made a tasty recipe.

Ingredients:
- a fillet of grouper;
- two to three tablespoons of boiled peas;
- olive oil;
- a small bunch of parsley ;
- garlic
- salt, pepper and hot pepper
- white wine;
Sauté garlic in oil, add chopped parsley and the grouper fillet, coarsely chopped with a knife. Blend with a little white wine and, once the wine to evaporate off the fire.
Add the peas and season with salt, pepper and hot pepper. Spaghetti and enjoy. Bon appetit! Denise
