Wart Like On My Thigh

finally rolled back: pie with zucchini flowers and shrimp

I am back.
I've been absent for a long time. I have been away from my corner of the virtual lots of commitments, business and first, in August, with pleasure I would say, I am dedicated to my family. So I set aside for a few weeks my posts. Now the nostalgia took me so suddenly while the small circle (with difficulty) to take a nap I dedicate some time to my blog.
This recipe is wonderful, perhaps because I like pies and, even more, because the ingredients are among my favorites. It 's a recipe Benedetta Parodi "cooked and eaten."
Ingredients:
- pastry;
- 10 zucchini flowers;
- 10 prawns
- 3 eggs;
- 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese;
- 250 ml fresh cream;
Roll out the pastry into a round baking pan covered with parchment paper.
Arrange the flowers clean and free of the pistil. In a bowl beat the eggs with the cream, Parmesan cheese salt and pepper. Spread on baking sheet at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
Bon appetit! Denise
