The process is very simple:
Ingredients (for two):
- three small pears;
- an onion;
- 200gr. Taleggio cheese;
- butter to thicken;
- vegetable soup;

Sauté the onion thinly sliced \u200b\u200bwith a knob of butter, combine pears, peeled and cut into chunks, rice, and then toast a few moments. Then pour the broth, close the pressure cooker and cook for seven minutes by the "whistle". Once cooked add the Taleggio chopped into pieces, the butter to thicken.
