Salame chocolate with hazelnut salad with smoked salmon
The chocolate salami is always very tasty. I usually make it with pine nuts and I find that it is the best recipe, this time I wanted to try the core of my plan and I must say that was not bad although I prefer the original version. But sometimes you can also change. Then as you will see in the picture, this time the little Sophie wanted to participate in the execution of the recipe!
Ingredients:
- 3 eggs;
- 100 gr. sugar;
- 5 tablespoons cocoa powder (I use that sweetened);
- 70 gr. roasted hazelnuts;
- 200 gr. of dry biscuits;
Beat eggs and sugar for at least ten minutes. When are beautiful swollen, add the cocoa (the doses are not precise, we say that the mixture should become beautiful dark), the biscuits crumbs and hazelnuts, toasted and chopped.
As you can see in the picture my little helper, like a curious monkey, wanted to put the feet!! Once blended well together (the mixture is still very compact) pour in heaps next to each other on parchment paper and helping with the card try to compact everything and give it shape, in fact, a salami. Place in freezer for at least a couple of hours.
When removing the sausage from the parchment paper you can sprinkle with powdered sugar, just like the salami Muffett. Cut into thick slices and serve. What advances can be stored in the freezer, taking care, however, to remove it and leave it at room temperature at least half an hour before serving, otherwise it is too hard. Bon appetit! Denise
