A fast and very tasty recipe, I would say two basic elements. The recipe is a figment of my imagination. Lately I'm delighted to prepare the pies as if they were strudel and add the ingredients that I find at home. This is the case This cake prepared with mixed mushrooms (frozen ones), but above all a wonderful and fontina really liked the result.
Ingredients:
- a package of puff pastry;
- 300 gr. frozen mixed mushrooms;
- 200 gr. Fontina;
- a clove of garlic;
- 3 eggs;
- a small bunch of parsley;
- a tablespoon of poppy seeds;
- grated parmesan cheese salt and pepper to taste; In a bowl beat eggs with parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.

In a pan fry a large knob of butter with one clove of garlic and finely chopped prezzomolo. Add the mushrooms still frozen and then jump to high heat.
Combine all ingredients and pour them on the pastry. Close the dough like a strudel.
