I bought two packages of cream and, as usual, I have not used it, the approaching deadline, I decided to make butter. This is the classic version already proposta.Volevo, however, to try something different so I decided to season it with salt, pepper and parsley.
a bunch of minced parsley, pour into a bowl with salt and pepper. Merging two boxes of fresh cream and mix 200 ml each.
After 15 minutes the cream will start to break down
