chicken breast stuffed with artichokes and mushrooms fontina


This recipe is the work of my husband. We bought the chicken and artichokes in the fridge there were .... we tried and we liked this version.
They are but the stuffed chicken breasts previously stewed with artichokes along with an onion, browned in oil and with a final touch .... balsamic vinegar! But first things first


Ingredients (for two):
- chicken breast;
- onion;
- three artichokes
- extra virgin olive oil to taste;
- salt and pepper;
- three tablespoons balsamic vinegar
Fry the onion in a pan with oil, add the artichokes, cleaned and sliced into thin slices.
Beat the meat, salt and pepper, pour u artichokes and roll.
Stop the rolls with toothpicks.
Cook in frying pan with olive oil for about ten minutes, cooking time, pour the balsamic vinegar. Bon appetit! Denise
